LHH has partnered with a reputable client in the Phoenix area to find an experienced HR/Payroll Specialist to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a passion for human resources and payroll administration, looking to grow within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Maintain employee records, update payroll information, and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with HR functions including onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support HR and payroll processes.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
• Support audits related to payroll and HR functions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and payroll processing.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems and regulations.
• Familiarity with HR practices, benefits administration, and employment laws.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
