HR Recruiting Coordinator

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a tech company in Tempe. This organization is looking for a full time Recruiting Coordinator to join their HR group. This position is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. You will be fully in office for training, and then the role will move to a hybrid model(two days work from home, three days in office). The ideal candidate for this job will have worked for smaller organizations(under 500 employees) throughout their HR career. The salary range for this position is between $55,000-60,000


Responsibilities:



  • Coordinate various aspects of the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting phone screens, and coordinating candidate communications.


  • Assist with onboarding activities for new hires, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.


  • Provide support for employee relations matters, including resolving employee inquiries and assisting with HR policy interpretation.


  • Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee files, processing employee changes, and updating HRIS records.


  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR initiatives and programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.


  • Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by HR leadership.


  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive HR information.


Requirements:



  • 3+ years experience in HR coordination, with a focus on recruiting coordination.


  • Solid understanding of HR principles and practices.


  • Experience working for smaller companies preferred.


  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.


  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.


  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
