LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing company in Phoenix, AZ that is looking to add a Human Resources Coordinator to the team! This is a full-time onsite Monday through Friday position. Pay range is $20.00-$22.00 per hour depending on prior experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Generalist Teams in recording, compiling, and maintaining accurate employee records, including corrective actions and terminations
- Serve as the primary contact responsible for delivering the HR New Employee Orientation presentation
- Coordinate and administer activities related to new hires, changes, and terminations, including scheduling onboarding sessions and ensuring accurate and complete personnel files
- Assist with talent acquisition, including posting jobs, receiving applications, pre-screening candidates, and scheduling interviews
- Communicate with hiring managers regarding hiring needs, soft skills, and scheduling interview availability to coordinate.
- Maintain and update HR tools and systems, such as absence and presence management tools, and support users with questions and issues
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of all HR documentation and processes to ensure information is accurate
- Assist with improving SOC II processes and ensuring overall compliance
- Produce reports on general HR activity and assist with preparing employee performance reviews
- Address and resolve internal and external HR inquiries from employees
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in
- Minimum of 2 years of recent previous experience in Human Resources is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software is required
- Familiarity with USA employment law and regulations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
