Customer Service Representative – This is not a Call Center Role
Location: Various Plant Sites & Office (Phoenix, AZ Valley Area)
Full-Time | On-Site & Field-Based | Mileage Reimbursement Available

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is not a call center position. Instead, you’ll be a key player in a dynamic, hands-on environment—supporting operations both in the office and at our plant locations. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a seamless and professional service experience.


What You’ll Do
  • Customer Service Excellence: Handle inbound calls, emails, and texts to process orders and credit card transactions through our centralized system.
  • Collaborative Coordination: Work closely with quality control, sales, and production teams to ensure timely delivery and service.
  • On-the-Ground Insight: Visit production facilities and jobsites to gain product knowledge and support operations.
  • Administrative Support: Perform data entry, invoicing, dispatching, and reporting tasks using Excel and internal systems.
  • Adaptability: Cover for team members on leave, respond to last-minute changes, and support multiple plant locations as needed.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: 3+ years in customer service or dispatching, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, and decision-making abilities. Proficient in MS Office and mobile apps (iOS/Android). Bilingual is a plus.
  • Mindset: Team-oriented, flexible, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
  • Mobility: Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to various sites (mileage reimbursement provided).
Working Conditions
  • Office-based with frequent travel to plant sites.
  • Must be comfortable with walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and wearing safety gear.
  • Shadowing and ongoing support provided—you're never alone on the job.
