LHH is partnering with a build design construction company to help find a Landscape Designer professional to join the team. This role involves designing and creating highly creative landscape design solutions tailored to various site conditions and client preferences.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understands client needs and provide compelling solutions.

• Develop and sell profitable design/build proposals.

• Expand the client base by fostering relationships that consistently surpass expectations

• Prepare construction drawings and takeoffs.

• Highly knowledge of landscape trends, features, and techniques.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Demonstrated expertise in reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Pool Studio, 3D modeling.

• Experience in Horticulture.

• Ability to present an effective design proposal.

Base salary is $50k plus commissions aprx $75k to $200k annually.
