Salary: $65,000-$75,000
LHH is working with a local construction company in North Phoenix. They are seeking a talented and creative Landscape Designer to join their team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about designing unique and inspirational outdoor living spaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape design, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to close profitable sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Uncover client needs and provide compelling landscape design solutions.
- Perform thorough site inventories and create artistic, desirable landscape designs.
- Prepare accurate construction drawings and takeoffs.
- Stay updated on landscape trends, features, and techniques.
- Sell design/build proposals that meet or exceed sales goals.
- Grow the client base by building strong, trust-based relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate Degree in Landscape Design, Bachelor’s Degree in Horticulture, or related field.
- Proficiency in Pool Studio (or AutoCAD), 3D modeling, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Advanced ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
- Exceptional hand graphics and sketching ability.
- Strong mathematical skills and a desire to embrace and use technology.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
