Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have experience in litigation, providing critical support to our attorneys throughout all phases of the litigation process.
Key Responsibilities:
Case Management: Assist in the management of mass tort and business litigation cases from inception through trial, including organizing and maintaining case files, documents, and evidence.
Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents to support case strategies.
Document Preparation: Draft, review, and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, affidavits, and subpoenas.
Discovery: Coordinate and manage the discovery process, including the collection, review, and production of documents, and liaising with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
Trial Preparation: Prepare trial exhibits, assist with witness preparation, and provide on-site support during trials.
Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and gathering necessary information.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and court procedures.
Qualifications:
Education: Associate's degree or Paralegal Certificate from an accredited institution.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, with a focus on mass torts and business litigation.
Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
