LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a Manufacturing company in Phoenix, AZ that is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join the team! This is a full-time in-office position. Salary range from $55,000-$60,000 depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have B2B Marketing experience + Bachelors Degree. Job Duties:
Communicate with internal department managers on marketing campaigns, projects, timeline, budget management.
Collaborate with vendors and other businesses regarding services.
Track projects are completed on time.
Work alongside sales partners on marketing campaigns, providing product-related content, and monitoring and tracking campaign performance.
Coordinate all social media; responsible for creating and scheduling posts, integrating product highlights, and actively engaging with followers.
Assist in the development of new webpages for the corporate website, including drafting content, proofing layouts, and verifying technical data.
Coordinate email marketing initiatives, website elements, and facilitating promotional mailings.
Generate a monthly incoming lead report, capturing lead source activity and identifying growth opportunities.
Maintain and track inventory levels of promotional marketing materials and brochures, placing orders as needed for replenishment and fulfillment.
Monitor email marketing automation campaigns
Analyze lead activity
Provide recommendations for campaign enhancements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a Marketing Coordinator role, preferably within a B2B environment.
Proven experience in creating marketing materials and digital content.
Social media management working experience required.
CRM experience is a plus.
