Marketing Coordinator

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a Manufacturing company in Phoenix, AZ that is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join the team! This is a full-time in-office position. Salary range from $55,000-$60,000 depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have B2B Marketing experience + Bachelors Degree. Job Duties:



  • Communicate with internal department managers on marketing campaigns, projects, timeline, budget management.


  • Collaborate with vendors and other businesses regarding services.


  • Track projects are completed on time.


  • Work alongside sales partners on marketing campaigns, providing product-related content, and monitoring and tracking campaign performance.


  • Coordinate all social media; responsible for creating and scheduling posts, integrating product highlights, and actively engaging with followers.


  • Assist in the development of new webpages for the corporate website, including drafting content, proofing layouts, and verifying technical data.


  • Coordinate email marketing initiatives, website elements, and facilitating promotional mailings.


  • Generate a monthly incoming lead report, capturing lead source activity and identifying growth opportunities.


  • Maintain and track inventory levels of promotional marketing materials and brochures, placing orders as needed for replenishment and fulfillment.


  • Monitor email marketing automation campaigns


  • Analyze lead activity


  • Provide recommendations for campaign enhancements.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred


  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a Marketing Coordinator role, preferably within a B2B environment.


  • Proven experience in creating marketing materials and digital content.


  • Social media management working experience required.


  • CRM experience is a plus.
