LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a Manufacturing company in Phoenix, AZ that is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join the team! This is a full-time in-office position. Salary range from $55,000-$60,000 depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have B2B Marketing experience + Bachelors Degree. Benefits include 401k match, PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision and potential for hybrid schedule!
Job Duties:
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Department, vendors, and other businesses to creatively contribute to ongoing projects.
- Track projects are completed on time.
- Work alongside sales partners on marketing campaigns, providing product-related content, and monitoring and tracking campaign performance.
- Create email campaigns, marketing materials, create marketing content and follow user analytics
- Coordinate all social media; responsible for creating and scheduling posts, integrating product highlights, and actively engaging with followers.
- Assist in the development of new webpages for the corporate website, including drafting content, proofing layouts, and verifying technical data.
- Coordinate email marketing initiatives, website elements, and facilitating promotional mailings.
- Generate a monthly incoming lead report, capturing lead source activity and identifying growth opportunities.
- Maintain and track inventory levels of promotional marketing materials and brochures, placing orders as needed for replenishment and fulfillment.
- Monitor email marketing automation campaigns
- Analyze lead activity
- Provide recommendations for campaign enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a Marketing Coordinator role, preferably within a B2B environment.
- Proven experience in creating marketing materials and digital content.
- Social media management working experience required.
- CRM experience is a plus.
