LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Medical Cash Poster for our healthcare client located in the Scottsdale area. This role will be a contract to hire opportunity and 100% onsite (no exceptions). The role will be specifically focused on payment posting within the revenue cycle, and will be working high-volume/high-dollar of claims. Interested candidates will need to be intrinsically motivated and able to consistently meet production metrics as given by management.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 3-5 years of medical cash posting experience
• Must be proficient within Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and EMR Systems

• Ability to work well as an individual producer and meet metric expectations as given by management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and EMR Systems
• Able to remain organized throughout the day and prioritize tasks
