Medical Billing Lead
LHH Recruitment Solutions is helping our healthcare client to hire for a Medical Billing Lead. This position will be 100% onsite, full-time and a direct hire opportunity.
This role will be helping to lead the AR team in daily operations for the backend of the revenue cycle, helping to improve efficiencies and workflow as needed. This role will have up to 10 direct reports and will also be in charge of performance management, making sure that daily production expectations are being met, as well as assisting in the AR process where needed. This position will be eligible for bonuses throughout the year in addition to the yearly salary!
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's Degree desired (not required)
Minimum 8 years medical billing/backend AR experience
Minimum 3 years medical billing supervisory experience
Must be proficient working with EMR Software Systems and Microsoft Office including Excel (pivot tables/v-lookups)
Skills
Proven ability to lead a team within the revenue cycle space
Ability to problem solve and analytically resolve issues
Strong written and verbal communciations skills
Able to work with a wide array of individuals
Strong technological skills - including advanced Excel skills
Goal-oriented and ability to motivate others to outline and meet team goals
Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
