Office Support Coordinator
Phoenix, AZ | Full-Time | $23 (DOE)
Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Background Check: 7 years | Drug Screen: 5-panel (includes marijuana)
About the Role
LHH is seeking an Office Support Coordinator to provide administrative and front desk support to one of our clients in a quiet, design-focused environment. This role blends reception duties with project tracking and internal coordination, supporting a team of engineers and designers.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, manage deliveries, and handle basic reception tasks
- Monitor office needs, order supplies, and submit maintenance requests
- Enter new project data and update spreadsheets with work details and locations
- Attend meetings, take notes, and help prepare agendas and follow-up items
- Act as a resource for basic HR and office-related questions
- Stay engaged in remote training (camera on, active participation)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a quiet, subdued office
- Self-starter who can stay engaged during remote training (4–6 months)
- Experience in construction or engineering industries is a plus
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage basic office finances (e.g., invoice processing, vendor payments)
- Friendly, reliable, and eager to learn

- Training is primarily remote, with occasional in-person sessions
