LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a company near Downtown Phoenix who is in search of office assistant to join their team. This is a dynamic role that allows for you to support multiple departments and gain exposure to many different types of jobs. This role is Monday-Friday either 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm, The hourly pay is between $20/hr-$24/hr.
In this role, you’ll be supporting the entire office and helping to ensure daily operations run smoothly. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping others, and takes pride in keeping things organized, I want to meet you!
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to multiple departments
- Greet visitors and assist with phone and email inquiries
- Handle filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Maintain office supplies and assist with inventory management
- Help coordinate meetings, schedules, and office events
- Run errands or assist with light office-related tasks as needed
- Ensure common areas remain tidy and presentable throughout the day
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Some college is preferred
- Previous office or administrative experience required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Punctual, reliable, and proactive attitude
Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
