The Office Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing total office management, focusing on staff management, client administration, and reporting to directors and above. This position requires excellent organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Management: Oversee daily operations, manage administrative tasks, and provide direct support to executives. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and management. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
- Client Administration: Maintain and update office records, files, and databases. Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents. Ensure the office is clean, organized, and welcoming to staff and visitors. Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Assist with planning and organizing company events and activities.
- Reporting to Directors and Above: Manage office budgets and expenses, including tracking and reporting. Prepare and present reports to directors and senior management. Handle other scheduling and projects as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- High School diploma or GED is required.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager in any industry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Bilingual in Spanish is desired but not required.
Pay Details: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour
