Part Time Receptionist

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Job Type: Part-Time (Up to 20 hours per week)

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and organized Part Time Receptionist to manage the overall operations and purchasing needs of our client's Phoenix, AZ Office. This role involves overseeing in-person customer service, vendor management, mail, shipping, and receiving, as well as office equipment and facility requests. Additionally, you will facilitate internal office meeting logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address and resolve tenant requests in collaboration with the property manager.

  • Ensure the office environment and equipment are maintained in a clean and orderly manner.

  • Handle electronic and physical check deposits in partnership with a cross-functional team.

  • Oversee budgets and review operational expenses, including renegotiating contracts as needed.

  • Manage the ticket request system related to Facilities & Operations.

  • Serve as the primary liaison with building management and security.

  • Oversee on-site and off-site records storage, review inventory, and authorize the destruction of old records.

  • Support compliance reporting for the Maricopa County Travel Reduction Program.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must be located in Phoenix, AZ or surrounding areas.

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in office management and operations.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.



Pay Details: $22.00 to $23.00 per hour
