LHH is seeking a Process Document Writer (Hybrid – 4 Days Onsite) for one of our clients in Phoenix!

Are you passionate about turning complex processes into clear, actionable documentation? Do you love organizing information in a way that helps others succeed? We’re looking for a Process Document Writer who thrives on clarity, collaboration, and making a real impact.
In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for capturing and crafting the “how” behind what we do. Your work will directly support smoother onboarding, better training, and more consistent operations across the board.
What You’ll Do
Capture the Flow – Partner with team members to understand workflows and translate them into easy-to-follow documentation.
Create with Clarity – Write how-to guides, SOPs, and reference materials that are as helpful as they are readable.
Keep It Fresh – Maintain and update documents as processes evolve, ensuring everything stays accurate and accessible.
