Reports To: Project Manager / Program Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects across the organization. The ideal candidate will assist project managers in managing schedules, resources, budgets, and communications to ensure that projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and documentation.

  • Coordinate and monitor project tasks, resources, and timelines.

  • Organize and participate in stakeholder meetings and take detailed meeting minutes.

  • Communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deadlines.

  • Track and report on project progress, risks, and issues.

  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations.

  • Support the project manager in administrative tasks such as scheduling, invoicing, and procurement.

  • Ensure that all project information is accurately stored and accessible.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 1–3 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative support role.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, Smartsheet).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) is a plus.

  • PMP, CAPM, or similar certification is a bonus but not required.
