LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing company in Phoenix, AZ that is looking for a full-time Purchasing Coordinator to join the team. This is a Monday through Friday onsite position in Phoenix, AZ. Pay range depending on experience $22.00-$26.00 per hour.

Job Duties:

  • Coordinate and manage the purchasing activities of the company and working with internal teams to determine material forecasting.

  • Analyze the needs of the organization and determine the goods or services needed.

  • Research potential vendors and compare their products, prices, and services.

  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers.

  • Place purchase orders and ensure that orders are delivered on time.

  • Manage relationships with key suppliers to maintain the quality of goods, timely delivery, and compliance with contract terms.

  • Review and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.

  • Monitor inventory levels and determine when to place orders for new supplies.

  • Ensure that all purchasing activities comply with company policies and government regulations.

  • Resolve issues and discrepancies with orders and invoices.

  • Prepare and present reports on purchasing activities and cost analyses to management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; Associate degree or higher preferred.

  • At least 1 year of experience in procurement, purchasing, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Experience with CRM and order management systems is a plus.
