LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnered with a growing corporate office in Phoenix, AZ that is looking to hire a Part-Time Receptionist to join the team!

This is an in-office, Monday through Friday 12pm to 5pm position, no flexibility.



The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service and performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate associates.
  • Greet and direct visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Manage the flow of correspondence, including receiving, sorting, and forwarding incoming mail.
  • Perform data entry into the database and utilize multiple systems to enter and research information, print reports, and upload files.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and managing meeting logistics.
  • Maintain confidentiality of records and sensitive information.
  • Assist with document management, including scanning, filing, and organizing documents.
  • Provide internal customer support related to the day-to-day operations of the department.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM databases and other relevant software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
  • Previous office administrative experience is required. At least 3 years of receptionist/administrative experience.
