Receptionist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnered with a growing corporate office in Phoenix, AZ that is looking to hire a Part-Time Receptionist to join the team!
This is an in-office, Monday through Friday 12pm to 5pm position, no flexibility.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service and performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate associates.
- Greet and direct visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
- Manage the flow of correspondence, including receiving, sorting, and forwarding incoming mail.
- Perform data entry into the database and utilize multiple systems to enter and research information, print reports, and upload files.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and managing meeting logistics.
- Maintain confidentiality of records and sensitive information.
- Assist with document management, including scanning, filing, and organizing documents.
- Provide internal customer support related to the day-to-day operations of the department.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM databases and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
- Previous office administrative experience is required. At least 3 years of receptionist/administrative experience.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
