Receptionist
LHH Recruitment is seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to join a dynamic team at a well-established company in East Phoenix. This job is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, fully onsite and is compensating up to $21/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a tidy reception area
- Handle mail, deliveries, and general administrative tasks
- Support various departments with clerical duties as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous receptionist or front desk experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency with basic office software (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
- Dependable and punctual with a positive attitude
