Recruiting Coordinator

LHH Recruitment is partnering with a healthcare focused organization in Phoenix who is in search of a recruiting coordinator to join their team. This job is fully onsite for the first few months of training, Monday-Friday 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm. The hourly rate is between $25/hr-$28/hr.

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and professional experience for candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process. From scheduling interviews to managing communications and maintaining applicant tracking systems, you’ll help streamline recruitment operations and contribute to building a strong and efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Manage candidate communication and provide timely updates throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate data
  • Support recruiters with job postings, resume screening, and candidate sourcing as needed
  • Assist with onboarding documentation and pre-employment requirements
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment on recruitment needs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • 1+ year of administrative, HR, or recruiting experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ATS or HRIS a plus
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
