Revenue Cycle Specialist

Onsite in Phoenix, AZ 85009

Monday to Friday | 8:00am - 4:30 pm

Pay rate between $18 - $23 per hour (dependent on incoming experience)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee various aspects of the revenue cycle process including billing, accounts receivable, claims processing and collections.

• Review and analyze patient accounts to ensure accurate and timely billing, collections, and patient inquiries.

• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and issues to minimize revenue loss.

• Communicating effectively with patients and providers.

• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline revenue cycle workflows and processes.

• Generate reports and provide analysis on revenue cycle performance metrics.

What you bring!

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in full Revenue Cycle responsibilities.

• Knowledge of healthcare billing and reimbursement practices preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
