LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnered with an amazing Non-Profit in Central Phoenix, AZ that is looking for a Senior Admin Assistant to joint the team. Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5pm Full-Time In-Office. This position is Contract to Hire pay range $23.00-$25.00 per hour depending on prior experience.

  • Managing business relations and special projects at the senior management level.

  • Serving as the primary point of contact and liaison between management, teams, clients, and vendors.

  • Maintaining excellent written and oral communication skills, problem resolution abilities, and a high level of confidentiality.

  • Planning and coordinating events, meetings, and conferences.

  • Coordinating and organizing special events.

  • Strong knowledge of office and administrative software including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Create presentations, meeting materials, meeting minutes, and other company itinerary as needed.

  • Manage and coordinate all travel arrangements

  • Heavy calendar management and scheduling

  • Answer phones, take messages, respond to email, and corporate communication

  • Other projects as assigned

Requirements:

2+ years of Executive Assisting or Senior Administrative Assistant experience required

Must be proficient in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint

Ability to type 40+ words per minute

Must effectively communicate verbally and written while maintaining professional demeanor

Ability to prioritize and organize workload
