LHH Recruitment is working with a non-profit organization in Central Phoenix who is in search of a senior administrative assistant to join their team. This job is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, and will be mostly onsite. The hourly rate is up to 26/hr DOE.
As a Senior Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential administrative support to leadership team and staff. Your role will involve coordinating office operations, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth day-to-day activities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and maintain organized filing and record-keeping systems.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and leadership.
- Assist in preparing and proofreading correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries and handle phone calls and emails professionally.
- Organize events, conferences, and meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled.
- Maintain office supplies and manage vendor relationships.
- Provide general administrative support as needed for projects and special initiatives.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in administrative support, with a focus on office management.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Previous experience in a nonprofit setting is a plus, but not required.
Pay Details: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour
