LHH Recruitment is working a corporate organization in North Phoenix. This company is in search of a vendor fulfillment analyst contractor to support them for the next 6 months. This role is Monday-Friday, four days a week onsite and one day a week from home. The ideal candidate will have vendor management from onboarding to utilization, with order fulfillment and strong Excel skills. The hourly rate is between $35/hr-$50/hr DOE.

Duties:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for third-party order broker.
• Oversee synchronization between order management system and the broker’s platform.
• Onboarding new vendors and ensure they are maintaining compliance
• Ensure vendor adherence to operational standards, including timely inventory updates, accurate order confirmations, and ship date consistency.
• Track and report on vendor performance.
• Provide daily support for customer care teams regarding order issues such as shortages, damages, or incorrect shipments.
• Conduct regular QA reviews to ensure order accuracy and fulfillment quality.
• Review and validate invoices from the third-party broker to ensure accuracy in vendor payment processes.
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies.

• Bachelor Degree preferred. High school diploma required
• Previous vendor management experience required
• E-Commerce experience is highly preferred, though wholesale experience or supply chain experience could translate
• Strong Excel(VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables). Use of BI is rpeferred!
