LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a manufacturing company in South Phoenix. This company is in search of a warehouse customer service representative to join their team on a full time basis. The schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, fully onsite.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with order inquiries and status updates.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
• Manage inventory updates and ensure products are available for order fulfillment.
• Handle returns and exchanges, working with customers to resolve any issues.
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service and order entry experience REQUIRED (warehouse or production environment preferred).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-based setting.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.
• Positive attitude with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Ability to lift and move products as required (light to moderate lifting).
