Job Title: Accounts Payable (AP) Supervisor
Location: Pico Rivera, CA
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Payable (AP) Supervisor to join our team in Pico Rivera, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing accounts payable processes and a proven track record of using ERP software systems. This role offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $85,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the accounts payable department.

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.

  • Maintain and update vendor records.

  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions.

  • Manage and mentor AP staff, providing guidance and support.

  • Develop and implement AP policies and procedures.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

  • Prepare and analyze AP reports for management.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Utilize ERP software to manage AP processes efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

  • Proficiency in using ERP software systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP processes.

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
