Job Title: Accounts Receivable Clerk
Location: Pico Rivera, CA
Pay Rate: $24.50 per hour
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Pico Rivera, CA. This temp-to-hire position offers an excellent opportunity to grow within our company and contribute to our financial operations.
Responsibilities:
Process and manage incoming payments.
Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions.
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Generate invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
Assist with month-end closing activities.
Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
Proven experience in accounts receivable or similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay Details: $23.00 to $24.50 per hour
