About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Pico Rivera. In this role, you will supervise a team of 8 accounts receivable clerks, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of receivables. You will play a key role in maintaining the financial health of our organization within the food manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor a team of 8 accounts receivable clerks.
• Oversee the processing of invoices, payments, and account reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor and manage the accounts receivable aging to ensure timely collections.
• Prepare and present reports on accounts receivable status and performance.
• Resolve escalated issues and discrepancies.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Use AS400 software for managing accounts receivable functions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable.
• Proven supervisory or managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in using AS400 software.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
