We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced AP/AR/Payroll Specialist to join our healthcare services team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing payroll for up to 500 employees across multiple sites, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring accurate financial records. This is a fully onsite position.

Job Title: AP/AR/Payroll Specialist

Location: Pipersville, PA 18947 (Fully Onsite)

Job Type: Temporary (1-3 Months)

Pay Rate: $28-$32 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll for up to 500 employees across multiple sites, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Manage accounts payable, including matching invoices, purchase orders, and packing lists.
  • Handle accounts receivable, including verifying and posting customer payments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Prepare and process employee time cards, attendance, and pay rates.
  • Track and manage employee benefits, vacations, and PTO.
  • Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in payroll processing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and accounting systems.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills.
