Job Title: Staff Accountant

Location: Pipersville, PA

Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 per year

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Staff Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This is a fully onsite position based in Pipersville, PA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
  • Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and analysis.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  • Perform other accounting duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in accounting or a related role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
