LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator for a client of ours in Pittsburgh, PA. The ideal candidate will manage the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and verify invoices for accuracy and proper approval.

  • Manage the timely payment of vendor invoices and expense reports.

  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions.

  • Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.

  • Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.

  • Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.

  • Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment issues.

  • Support the implementation of process improvements in the accounts payable function.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar role.

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable processes.

  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
