LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk for a client of ours in Sewickley, PA. This role is essential in managing the company's accounts payable processes and ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices. The ideal candidate will have experience in a high-volume environment, be adaptable, and possess strong technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process approximately 200 invoices per week, including matching invoices with packing slips and purchase orders.

  • Handle general ledger coding for non-purchase order invoices.

  • Conduct weekly check runs and manage vendor statements and calls.

  • Set up new vendors and handle 1099s and W-9s.

  • Ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices and resolve any discrepancies.

  • Collaborate with a small, friendly, and tenured team in a professional office environment.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with SAP or any ERP system is preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to adapt quickly and learn new technologies.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is helpful but not required.

Work Environment:

  • Hybrid work schedule with 4 days in office and 1 day remote.

  • Flexible hours with core hours from 9 AM to 4 PM.

  • Business casual dress code.
