Responsibilities:
- Everyday usage of an 3E workflow system
- Handling billing of clients for attorney usage
- Assisting with billing related questions and concerns
- Invoice creation and updating database with billing related updates
- A background in a billing related role is required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Must be highly knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills
- Multitasking
- High level of professionalism at all time
- Two years of experience is required
- Contract to hire
- $50,000 to $55,000 per year
- Full time 40 hours a week
- 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
- Hybrid schedule that allows working two days remote each week
