Responsibilities:
- Calling other business in a call center environment
- Problem solving with customer issues
- Usage of the latest call center technology
- Outbound calling
- Must be self motivated
Qualifications:
- Must have experience in a high Inbound Call Center
- High school diploma
- A strong phone presence is desired, must be detail oriented
Skills:
- Keen attention to detail
- Professionalism and courtesy when dealing with all customers
- The ability to be on the phone and make calls for the entirety of the shift
Experience:
- Two or more years of experience required
Employment Type:
- Contract to Hire
Compensation:
- $20.00 to $22.00 an hour
Work Hours:
Full Time 40 Hours a week
Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
