Qualified applicants can expect to handle a wide array of HR related activities – hiring, employee relations, FMLA, grievances and more. Responsibilities:


Handle all issues related to Employee Relations


Working alongside the recruiting team


FMLA and Leave of Absence


Investigations



Qualifications:


Human Resources experience, in particular in a generalist role, is preferred



Skills:


Strong oratory and written communication skills


Proficiency in HR software as well as the Microsoft Office Products


Professionalism when dealing with employees of all levels within the company



Experience:


Three years of experience preferred



Employment Type:


Direct hire



Compensation:


$60,000 to $75,000 per year
