Qualified applicants can expect to handle mostly data entry related HR tasks, updating employee profiles, ensuring hours are submitted each week and making sure employees are properly paid. Responsibilities:


Updating employee information in databases


Monitoring zero hour reports


Ensuring new hires are completing all of their paperwork properly


Assisting in payroll related activities



Qualifications:


Human Resources experience, in particular in a specialist role, is preferred



Skills:


Strong oratory and written communication skills


Proficiency in HR software as well as the Microsoft Office Products


Professionalism when dealing with employees of all levels within the company



Experience:


One year of experience required



Employment Type:


Contract to hire



Compensation:


$25 to $26 an hour
