This is ideal for:

• Recent college or paralegal studies graduates

• Individuals seeking entry-level law firm experience
  

Typical Responsibilities Include:

• Data entry and form completion

• Scanning & digitizing confidential documents

• Mail processing

• File management

• Supporting a team of immigration attorneys with administrative tasks
  

Qualifications:

• Related college degree, Paralegal certificate, or 6+ months of law firm experience in an administrative role

• Excellent attention to detail

• Highly organized

• Professional demeanor

• Computer proficient

• Able to start a new full-time position right away

• Willingness to take screening assessments

• Ability to furnish a writing sample after initial interview
  

Job Details:

• Competitive hourly rate ($18.00/hour is not negotiable)

• Hybrid schedule allowing 2 days WFH and 3 days onsite in downtown Pittsburgh

• M-F schedule, must be available to work full-time during regular business hours

• Long-term W2 temporary contractor role with LHH

• Potential for conversion to direct hire
