LHH is seeking an experienced employment-based immigration paralegal to join our reputable client's team. This role involves substantive and client-facing work, managing case preparation, filing petitions, and overseeing case statuses. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of relevant experience and be able to work in the client's downtown Pittsburgh office at least 2 days a week.

What You'll Do:

  • Independently prepare and file petitions, including document gathering, review, analysis, and drafting.
  • Oversee case statuses using case management and billing systems.
  • Work with clients to intake cases, troubleshoot issues, and establish strategies.
  • Communicate promptly with foreign nationals and clients about case statuses.
  • Meet deadlines and communicate progress to supervisors.
  • Adapt to changes in immigration policy and incorporate them into processes.

Who You Are:

  • Experienced in Business Immigration Law, with at least three years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate
  • Well-versed in various elements of immigrant and nonimmigrant case preparation

Pay Details: $68,000-$75,000
