We’re seeking motivated individuals to join our client’s growing sales team in Pittsburgh. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to launch or grow a career in financial services, with leads provided, a competitive base + bonus structure, and clear paths for advancement.
What You’ll Do:
Engage with leads to guide clients through mortgage options
Build rapport with prospective borrowers and understand their financial needs
Follow up on applications and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth loan process
Meet and exceed sales goals while delivering excellent customer service
What You’ll Bring:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A self-starter attitude with a drive to succeed
Ability to take feedback and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
Pay Details: $45,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
