Legal Assistant

LHH is looking for a Legal Assistant for a law firm in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a Contract to Hire role and is full-time in office and they are looking for someone to start around January 6th.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as front desk reception, welcoming clients and managing phone calls.
Provide administrative support to attorneys, including learning and assisting with litigation and bankruptcy matters.
Assist the Office Manager with various tasks, including inventory management and IT coordination.
Learn legal administrative tasks, such as e-filing and document management.
Use iManage software to organize and track files.
Take on additional legal responsibilities as the role evolves.
Requirements
A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
Up to 1 year of legal experience or a strong desire to build a career in the legal field.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Comfort working in-office 5 days a week in a downtown setting.
Flexibility to adapt and take on increasing responsibilities over time.
