LHH is actively recruiting for a direct hire hybrid Legal Assistant for our clients in Pittsburgh, PA.
Benefits:
$50,000-70,000 Depending on Experience

Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other professionals
Assist attorneys with all aspects of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, financing, and securities offerings
Prepare, proofread, edit, and review legal transactional documents
Conduct legal research on relevant corporate law issues
Prepare and file corporate documents with state and federal agencies
Manage due diligence processes, including document collection and review
Assist with closing binders and prepare UCC agreements
Assist with attorney timekeeping, billing, expense reports
Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in corporate law
Excellent research, writing, and editing skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
