LHH is actively recruiting for a direct hire hybrid Legal Assistant for our clients in Pittsburgh, PA.

Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other professionals

  • Assist attorneys with all aspects of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, financing, and securities offerings

  • Prepare, proofread, edit, and review legal transactional documents

  • Conduct legal research on relevant corporate law issues

  • Prepare and file corporate documents with state and federal agencies

  • Manage due diligence processes, including document collection and review

  • Assist with closing binders and prepare UCC agreements

  • Assist with attorney timekeeping, billing, expense reports

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in corporate law

  • Excellent research, writing, and editing skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
