LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly organized and experienced Legal Executive Assistant to support the President and Corporate Practice Group Leader of our client's law firm in Pittsburgh. This full-time, on-site role has the potential to convert to a permanent position after six months. Legal Executive Assistant Location: Market Square, Pittsburgh Pay Rate: $27-$35 per hour, depending on experience Position Type: Full-Time, W2 Contract-to-Hire


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage heavy calendaring and scheduling for busy attorneys, proactively preventing conflicts.
  • Proofread, redline, and revise legal documents, contracts, and M&A transactions.
  • Handle administrative tasks including email and phone management, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate client meetings, company functions, and other events.
  • Assist with document management, contract administration, client invoicing, and general bookkeeping.
  • Occasionally work from home on weekends, with the ability to earn overtime.

Qualifications:


  • 3+ years of experience as a legal administrative assistant or legal secretary, preferably in a law firm or similar professional services environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software (iManage and Litera preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in business transactions and corporate law is highly preferred.
  • Reliable, with a preference for working full-time hours on-site Monday through Friday.
Contract/Contract-to-Hire Benefit
