📄 Litigation Paralegal – Hybrid Option | $60K–$80K | Pittsburgh, PA

Are you an experienced litigation paralegal looking to make an immediate impact in a high-performing legal team? A highly respected law firm in Pittsburgh is seeking a driven paralegal to provide essential support to a busy litigation practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with attorneys handling complex commercial disputes nationwide.

📍 Location: Pittsburgh, PA

💰 Salary: $60,000 – $80,000, based on experience

🔍 What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver hands-on support to a collaborative litigation group managing cases across the country.

  • Assist with all phases of litigation, including document preparation, filings, discovery, and trial preparation.

  • Coordinate directly with attorneys and clients to ensure smooth communication and efficient case progression.

  • Maintain case calendars, deadlines, and manage e-discovery and document management systems.

  • Support high-level attorneys managing matters such as:

  • Disputes involving trade secrets, unfair competition, restrictive covenant claims, confidential information and non-compete issues

  • Complex customer, vendor, and contract disputes

  • Corporate structure and shareholder disagreements

  • Post-transaction conflict resolution

What You Bring:

  • Previous litigation paralegal experience, preferably supporting a diverse caseload.

  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

  • Outstanding communication and reliability—you follow through and keep the team informed.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  • Familiarity with legal document management systems and court procedures.
