LHH is looking for a hybrid Medical Malpractice Legal Assistant for a firm in Pittsburgh, PA.


This role is essential in providing administrative support to our attorneys and paralegals, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the Medical Malpractice practice group.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist attorneys and paralegals with administrative tasks.
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate attorney calendars.
  • Create and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are properly organized.
  • Prepare letters, memoranda, and other legal documents.
  • Proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Handle client communication with professionalism and confidentiality.

Qualifications:


  • 1+ years of experience in a law firm setting is required.
  • Prior experience in medical malpractice or litigation is a plus.
  • Strong proofreading and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Salary $50,000 - $60,000, depending on experience + benefits
