🏦 Mortgage Loan Officer – Pittsburgh, PA
Location: On-site | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $48,000 base salary + commission

🔍 What You’ll Do:

• Engage with clients to understand their mortgage needs and guide them through the loan process

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and referral partners

• Meet and exceed sales goals through proactive outreach and follow-up

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient loan experience

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year of sales experience (mortgage experience is a plus, but not required)

• A high-energy, positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• No degree required – just a passion for helping people and a drive to succeed
