What You’ll Do

• Build relationships with clients and guide them through the mortgage process

• Generate and manage leads

• Educate clients on loan options and requirements

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing

What You Bring

• At least 1 year of sales experience (any industry)

• High energy, friendly, and positive attitude

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• No degree required – just a passion for helping people and a drive to succeed

Additional Details

• Employment Type: Direct Hire

• Base Salary: $48,000 (sliding scale as commission ramps up)

• Commission: Monthly, uncapped potential

• Start Date: ASAP
