LHH is seeking a skilled Paralegal to support our client's legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys with all phases of legal work, including document preparation, case organization, research, and client communication. What You'll Do:

  • Prepare, review, and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, contracts, and discovery materials.
  • Conduct legal research and gather relevant case law, statutes, and supporting documentation.
  • Manage case files, ensuring all materials are properly organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
  • Coordinate and maintain litigation calendars, including deadlines, court appearances, and meetings.
  • Assist with trial and hearing preparation by organizing exhibits, witness materials, and case summaries.
  • Communicate with clients, courts, and third parties in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support attorneys in case strategy, fact investigation, and administrative functions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with all applicable legal and ethical guidelines.

Who You Are:

  • Certified Paralegal or possess a degree in Paralegal Studies (or equivalent legal training/experience).
  • Experienced in handling complex administrative and legal tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Familiar with legal terminology, procedures, and court systems.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal practice management software (e.g., Clio, PracticePanther, Relativity).
  • A strong communicator who can effectively collaborate with attorneys, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and committed to producing high-quality work.

Pay Details: $60,000 - $85,000
