Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors and employees
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and scheduling
  • Maintain office supplies and assist with internal communications
  • Ensure confidentiality and uphold HR standards
Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of experience in administrative or HR support
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
