Recruiter – Contract Position | Near Pittsburgh, PA | Up to $24/hr
We are currently hiring on behalf of a growing organization near Pittsburgh, PA, seeking a dynamic and driven Recruiter for a full-time contract position. About the Role

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process—from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring managers. You’ll play a key role in building strong talent pipelines and ensuring a positive candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
  • Post job openings on relevant platforms and manage applicant flow
  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and facilitate offer processes
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
  • Represent the company brand professionally and positively in all candidate interactions
What You Bring
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume or agency setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines
  • A proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset

Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
